Group Chairman and CEO
The promoter of the company, Sunil Duddalwar has been leading its growth since past three decades, delivering successful projects across Nagpur. He graduated as a Civil Engineer from University of Mysore, India in 1986. He had been the President of CREDAI Nagpur from 2007 to 2012 for 2 successive terms. The 5 years of tenure as President has been the longest for anyone serving as the President of the top local body of real estate developers in the city. He is currently serving as the founding Co-Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry: Indian Green Building Council (CII-IGBC), Vidarbha Chapter.
He takes an active part in shaping the future growth of Nagpur. Out of Nagpur’s population of 3 million, his name was featured in the coveted list of 50 people chosen as ‘Icons of Nagpur’ in 2013 in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the local economy as a leader of the construction industry and his various philanthropic initiatives.
Kunal Duddalwar
Group Director
Kunal Duddalwar oversees the design and construction activities of the company. He has graduated from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur with Bachelors in Civil Engineering and earned a Masters in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, New York City. After working in New York City’s real estate and engineering industry, he returned India to join Himalaya.
